The Relationship Manager supports the Commercial Director in developing maintaining and maintaining strong customer relationships. They seek out new business opportunities while advising their clients on products or services that best fit their needs.

.Identifies key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships
. Resolves customer complaints quickly and effectively
.Forwards upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the Senior Relationship Manager
.Promotes high-quality sales, supply, and customer service processes
.Aims to preserve customers and renew contracts
.Approaches potential customers to establish relationships
. Gains solid knowledge of competitors
التعليم والخبرات
. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
.5-8 years of experience in a management role
. Demonstrated achievement in B2B sales
. Basic understanding of the industry, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job
. Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
