Leads the Operations and Maintenance team in the testing, monitoring, installation, and troubleshooting of electricity transmission or distribution equipment, auxiliaries, energystorage, control systems, and substations -

Plan and coordinate all facility maintenance activities, including analyzing equipment needs, and reliability issues, and developing preventive/predictive maintenance programs -Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues -
Check electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality -
Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities -
Coach, mentor, train, and develop maintenance employees to meet current and
future business requirements -
Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary -
Manage the maintenance expenses by ensuring best practices in the industry -
Build and upkeep long-term relationships with contractors and service providers-
Keep maintenance logs and reports on daily activities -
Ensure compliance with health and safety policies -
Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way -
Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices -
Purchase materials, plan inventory, and oversee warehouse efficiency -
Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant -
Formulate strategic and operational objectives -
Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability -
Manage budgets and forecasts -
Perform quality controls and monitor production KPI -
التعليم والخبرات
Bachelor's degree in any related field -10 to 15 years of experience -
المهارات
Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems -Familiarity with drafting and understanding blueprints and schematics -
Effective communication and people management skills -
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment -
