• Lead and manage the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and annual salestargets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the KSA market.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential investors, clients, and corporate
buyers.
• Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless customer
experience.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry
trends, pricing, and demand.
• Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and provide regular feedback and coaching to
enhance results.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns, events, and lead generation activities.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi real estate laws and regulations, including
documentation and registration processes.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates to
senior management.
• Represent the company at real estate exhibitions, networking events, and client
meetings.
التعليم والخبرات
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or relatedfield (MBA is an advantage).
• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in real estate sales in Saudi Arabia, with at least
2 years in a managerial role.
المهارات
• Deep knowledge of the Saudi real estate market, including off-plan and readyproperties.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (both spoken and written).
• Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel locally.
