We are seeking a proactive Business Development & Proposals Specialist to support our growth through identifying new opportunities, preparing high-quality proposals, and strengthening client relationships.Responsibilities
Track and analyze new opportunities (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, EOIs) and update the CRM.Support in preparing company presentations and coordinating BD meetings.
Review tender documents and extract requirements, deadlines, and conditions.
Coordinate with internal teams to develop complete technical and commercial proposals.
Ensure compliance with client templates and platforms (Etimad, SAP Ariba, etc.).
Manage Q&A, clarifications, and prepare final submission packages.
Maintain organized documentation: profiles, case studies, and proposal records.
Provide weekly updates on opportunities, submissions, and results.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.2–5 years of experience in business development, proposals, or tender management.
Knowledge and skills
Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills.Experience with platforms like Etimad and SAP Ariba is a plus.
Excellent English (written & verbal).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
